All requests regarding Black Bear TV and ice scheduling,

It is preferred for teams to send a list of their upcoming games once they are scheduled, but teams can send individual games as needed.  When you schedule a game, please include the following info in your email, which will assist in auditing the schedule as well as adding the game:

• Date of game
• Time of game
• Rink
• Opponent Name

NOTE: All games are run on the curfew clock unless they are a MAHA District game. You will be reminded of this again later in the season, but when we get to January, District games will be flagged and they will be allowed to go over if needed.

The key point for ensuring your game is televised on Black Bear TV is to notify us of your added games well in advance!

• All game assignments should be submitted by Monday, 8:00 pm for the following Thursday–Wednesday schedule to guarantee the broadcast
• Games submitted Monday after 8pm and Tuesday before Noon for that upcoming week likely will be included, but cannot be guaranteed
• At this time there is no process to add games scheduled last minute, it is not merely a switch in the front office, the cameras are turned on remotely based on the pre-programmed schedules. Please be diligent in notifying us of your games!
• On Wednesdays, Black Bear conducts a schedule audit across all rinks and the weekly broadcast schedules are posted on BBTV by Thursday morning

Important Reminders:

• Please note that the BIGGBY Coffee Ice Cube Brighton is still listed as the Kensington Valley Ice House in the rink section (please remind your parents!)
• Do not contact Black Bear TV directly to request a game broadcast. This does not improve chances of inclusion
• Do contact Black Bear TV Support if you are experiencing technical difficulties with watching or playing back your games:  support@blackbearsports.tv
• Even if your game is in TeamSnap, it still must be submitted via email
• TeamSnap is not linked to the rink scheduling system or Black Bear TV audit
• TeamSnap audits are completed to ensure accuracy of the schedule times and rinks
• If a game is found, it will be entered, but it is ultimately the team’s responsibility to notify us that a game is scheduled as soon as it is.
